Order Acceptance
We will only accept an order from you when your payment has successfully been authorized. All goods remain our property until paid in full.

Service
This service is made available only to adults who are at least 18 years old. By accepting this Agreement, you certify to us and all others that you are an adult.

Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and admasterindia.com for the sale by it to you of any goods on our website unless and until we accept your order and dispatch the goods to you. That acceptance will be deemed complete for all purposes when we have dispatched the goods to you. We reserve the right at all times without notice to you to refuse at our sole discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that any of our goods are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, error in pricing information due to any omission on our behalf or for any other reason whatsoever, we shall have the right to refuse to accept any order from you or to cancel any order received from you based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been accepted. In either event we reiterate that an order will only be accepted by us as a legally binding contract once the goods ordered by you have been dispatched to you by us.In case of non acceptance of order money deposited shall be refunded.

Price
The price you pay is the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order. We will try and ensure that at all times prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by you we will advise you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you on youe email address information shall be sent to you on the address at which goods are to be dispatched.No information from your end,will automatically mean acceptance of new price.Goods shall be dispatched as soon as difference in price is deposited Should you cancel you will receive a full refund.

By using our website you irrevocably consent to authorizing us to collate, collect and use this information. Any changes to our privacy policy will be updated and posted on this page of our website.

Security and Use of Credit/Debit Cards
We cannot in any way be held liable in the event of any unauthorized use of credit or debit cards by anu other agency.

We will be released from our obligations under any agreement with you and we will not be under any liability whatsoever to you in the event that we are prevented or delayed from performing this agreement, (i.e. supplying or making delivery of any goods to you) in the event of national emergency or prohibitive Governmental regulation or by any reason or cause beyond our reasonable control.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping
Delivery : All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days. It is also agreed that any person receiving the delivery is authorized to sign the delivery receipt. If the delivery is unable to be accepted on the scheduled date, an additional delivery surcharge will be added before the package can be re-delivered. Our Preferred Courier is FEDEX.
Additional Terms : All Indian Residents must pay 4% Value Added tax (VAT) for delivery in India.

Returns
Damage Claims : All claims for breakage and/or damage must be reported immediately to admasterindia.com. Any equipment that becomes damaged during shipping must be reported to admasterindia.com within 3 days after receiving the package. Failure to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days, will nullify the claim.In case the claim lodged is accepted by admasterindia.com,damaged part or replacement shall be done.In no case amount shall be refunded.
